They went above and beyond for us on every corner and even came back to fix the floors after painters striped the clear coat off. They first installed hardwood floors in part of my upstairs level, which are holding up well and still look great. Nearly four years ago, I purchased Revolution Mills LVP for the entire main level. It looked great at first but has not held up well at all. The finish was gone after three years making it look dirty all the time. It shows footprints almost immediately after mopping. And that is with minor traffic and no shoes worn indoors. I have contacted the manufacturer several times but have not received a response. I hate to spend the money to replace the floors but may have to. I was able to bring samples home to see how they would look. The installation people were knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. They were prompt and left the areas tidy. Great company!
